About Me

I can recall during grade school I read Landmark Books about Guadalcanal and Johnny Tremain and every book available to that time in the Rick Brant Science Adventure Series. Each of those transported me to another place and time. As a college senior I wrote a major paper about literature as a way of freeing writers and readers from the confines of the time and place within which they found themselves living. Historical fiction remains my favorite genre today. I share books I've liked to empower friends and associates toward self-discovery.

I am a private person, an introvert, who is very new to social media.  My community, until now, consists of family, friends, business clients and associates and neighbors. 

I am hoping to expand that horizon through this website.   

My journey is that of just one person. But it may shed some light, or knock the high grasses down in the undergrowth, that you or some other person I know, or have not yet met, could find beneficial.  I hope so.  Nice to meet you along the way.
